How to Train Aerobically by Implementing a Run Walk Strategy

Training for your first Ironman isn’t easy, especially if life is busy.  Learning to train effectively and avoid some of the most common pitfalls can make a huge difference.

Some of the best advice we can give you is learning how to train within the right training zones and heart rate zones so that you build a strong capacity for endurance.  Whilst delving into the individual heart rate zones and corresponding metabolic pathways can get fairly complicated, it’s really important to know the two key zones; and perhaps more importantly, which zone you want to be training in to prepare for an Ironman or other long distance event.
