Our Local Memberships options are simple – we offer session bundles that you can use for general access, local sessions or virtual sessions based on how many times you would like to attend training sessions every 4 weeks.

• 5 Sessions a month
• 10 Sessions a month
• 15 Sessions a month
• Unlimited Sessions a month

Not sure if you can use up all your sessions in a month? Our 5,10 & 15 a month memberships can be shared with family or household members.

Our Virtual Memberships give access to all our training plans with a choice of 

• 2 Virtual Sessions a week or
• Unlimited Sessions a month
