Track Running.

Our track running sessions are designed to improve run technique, efficiency and speed with a high emphasis placed on technique and building fitness.  We cater to multiple abilities in the same session so that you can train to the correct level in a supportive environment. Our sessions include:

  • Guided running drills to learn and improve run biomechanics

  • A track running workout with a length and intensity tailored to your ability and goals

  • People of similar ability to run with to help you train

    Access is available off Seven Hills Road opposite Jasper Road Public School. Recommended parking is between the Skate Park and the Dog off Leash Park
