Every athlete we coach has their own TrainingPeaks account that they can sync with their favourite smart devices and accounts such as Garmin, Zwift and Wahoo . Our training programs are delivered within TrainingPeaks and all sessions are easy to follow.

Each training program has:

  • Daily sessions tailored to to your event and your ability
  • Sessions based on your Individualised Heart Rate zones
  • Sessions based on your training zones for run pacing and race pacing
  • Downloadable session files that will sync with your smart devices and apps such as Zwift, Garmin & Wahoo Devices.
