Cycling Coaching.

Personalized Cycle Coaching is for cyclists who want to work one-on-one with a professional cycle coach to optimize their training plan and work together towards continual improvement.

We work with cyclists with various goals from improving their cycling strength to complete charity events to cyclists aiming to perform in endurance cycling grand fondos and Criterium races. Common events that we help our cyclists prepare for include

  • Participation in Cycling Classics such as Snowy Mountain Classic, Mudgee Classic, and Bowral Classic 
  • Endurance cycling events such as Three Peaks in the Victorian Alps & Amy Gilette Classic 
  • Criterium Racing Events 
  • Masters Series events including road races, criteriums & masters time trials.

 

Working with our professional cycle coaches ensures that you get

  • A completely customised cycle training plan suited to your needs, equipment and time availability
  • Training based on power metrics
  • Regular Feedback on your training via phone, email and video 
  • Detailed Race Planning and post race debriefing and analysis. This includes optimised power profiling for events using Best Bike Split.

    How do you get started?

    Coaching is a personalized experience. Before you start, we recommend filling the form above so we can organise a time to chat with you about your goals and work out who the best cycling coach is for you within the team. Once we have established the best cycling coach for you, we can start the planning and program preparation. 

     

    What happens once we get started

    • We will arrange a phone or video call to collect all the information that we need about you. Goals, training availability, training history, training tools, 
    • We will help you set up all the tools to make full use of the training programs and our coaching service (Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift etc)
    • We use your historic training data to establish your training zones or we provide testing protocols for you to do so we can set up your training zones effectively. 
    • We will set up your customised cycle training plan and walk you through the overall plan, the weekly structure and how to each daily session works. 

     

    What happens after your training plan is all set up

    • We will update the training plan as you progress and when changes need to be made (injuries, illness, holidays etc)
    • We will contact you regularly via email, phone or video feedback as needed

    How do I access Local Sessions or Virtual Session?

    • Just download our phone app, login and you will be able to book into the sessions that you want to attend.
