Brick Sessions.

Bike & Run Brick Sessions.

A brick session is a triathlon training session where you alternate between cycling and running. It’s a particularly effective method of training, because it prepares your body for the specific physical demand of a triathlon. 

Brick sessions are seasonal and held in Parramatta Park. Sessions focus on:

  • Increasing cycling speed, endurance and efficiency

  • Increasing running speed, endurance and efficiency

  • Practicing bike to run transitions for triathletes

Our brick sessions have also have regular skill sessions during the year to help our athletes improve their skills and knowledge in triathlon transition skills, cycling, running and triathlon in general.

What to Bring.

Each Onebody Power Cycle session uses your own bike in combination with our multi-rider system. For each indoor cycling session, you will need to bring the following:
  • Your bike

  • Your cycling clothing or appropriate clothing to to ride / run in

  • Drink bottle

  • Towel / Foam mat

What to Expect .

Multiple sessions available to suit beginners to advanced

A typical session will have a warm up followed by three distance options. You can choose any distance on the day that suits your training and ability

  • Enticer Triathlon (10km bike / 2.5km run)

  • Intermediate (15km bike / 4km run)

  • Sprint Distance (20km bike / 5km run)
