This summer there will be a triathlon training series held at Penrith Regatta Centre for all triathletes to practice doing a complete triathlon without the pressure of a race. There will also be the option to join in Triathlon specific skills sessions to help you improve.
No matter your level of experience in triathlon, we have an option to suit everyone.
Pick a combination of distances that suit you and you can create your own format
100m, 250m, 500m or 750m
5km, 10km, 15km or 20km
1km, 2km, 3km, 4km or 5km
Penrith International Regatta Centre. Meet on the grassed area on the grand stand side of the venue
6:15pm for a 6:30pm start

If you are new to triathlon and feeling a little daunted by the swim, bike or run or you are stepping up in distances – just pick a distance that suits you and your comfort levels.Â
If you are an experienced triathlete – pick the best option and practice triathlon with healthy competition and your mates around you.Â
There will be skills sessions available during the season to help people learn skills such as open water swimming, transitions and cycling / running.Â
