  • Race day logistics from dropping your bike off to what happens after you finish
  • The Port Macquarie course and how to best approach each leg with tips specific to the Port Macquarie course
  • Guides on how to best approach an Ironman or 70.3 with pacing, power targets and heart rate
  • How to set up your transition areas
  • General nutrition guides on what to eat and when
  • Tips for how to manage any events on the day that don’t go to plan

 

We will also have an open discussion to cover any questions that people may have so please being all your questions with you
