These sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and performance by addressing strength, range of motion and mechanics. Whether you’re an experienced runner looking for that extra 1%, new to running and want to know where to start, or anywhere in between, these sessions are perfect for you.

The session will cover:
How range of motion affects your running technique and exercises to improve
How strength of specific muscles affects your running performance and technique
The basics of running mechanics and drills to improve your fundamental run technique
Guidance on how to structure your weekly running sessions to improve your technique
All participants will receive:
Mobility exercise videos to improve their running
Strength Exercises videos to improve their running
Running Drills to incorporate into their regular run warm up to improve their biomechanics
