A key objective in training with a Power meter is increasing Functional Threshold Power (FTP – greatest power a rider can sustain for 60 minutes). However, as important is the ability to ride more efficiently through improved cycling behaviour, training with a power meter can help achieve this.

Summer Camp is coming! Bookings opening soon with Early Bird rates for those wanting to book in now. Onebody will be running a training camp in the Victorian Alps during the Summer Holiday Period. We had an awesome time at camp over the last summer period and can’t wait to see you all again for the 2016-17 camp.

Junior Draft Legal Race – Penrith 2016

Some of the Onebody Juniors raced in the first draft legal sprint race held by Triathlon NSW at the Regatta Centre in Penrith. The weather held back from raining but provided for some cool calm conditions to race. Congrats to all the juniors and age groupers who raced in the event.
